I had a really nice stay at this hotel. The check-in process was quick, and the staff was exceptionally helpful, especially when I wanted to change my room. The breakfast spread was decent, but I wish they included more vegetarian options. I particularly appreciated the service from Ms. Dianira in the restaurant. My only downside was how the breakfast items were removed right at closing time, which felt a bit impolite. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I was so impressed with this hotel during my stay! The service was exceptional, and the pricing felt very competitive considering the quality we received. However, I did find that the AC performance was lacking and there were some issues with communication at the front desk that were frustrating. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I'm definitely considering coming back.

During my stay at Grandhika Iskandarsyah, I really enjoyed my time, especially the food, which was consistently delicious. The staff was accommodating and went the extra mile to assist me.
